How far in advance should we book your services for our content creation needs?
We recommend booking our services as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Popular dates, especially leading up to holiday seasons, tend to get reserved quickly. Ideally, you should contact us at least 1-3 months in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that sometimes plans come together on shorter notice, and we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible. Give us a call!
Can we request specific shots or styles for our photography session?
Absolutely! We encourage our clients to share their vision and preferences with us. Before your session or event, we'll have a consultation to discuss your ideas, style, and any specific shots you have in mind. We believe in tailoring our photography to your unique needs, ensuring that the final results align with your expectations and reflect your personal taste.
What is the typical turnaround time for receiving our edited photographs?
Our standard turnaround time for delivering edited photographs varies depending on the scope of the project. For simple product shots and shorter sessions, you can expect to receive your edited images within 2-3 weeks. For larger requests like content library assets or extensive photography and/or retouching projects, the turnaround time may extend to 4-6 weeks. Rest assured, we prioritize quality in our post-production process to ensure each image meets our high standards before we deliver them to you. If you have any specific deadlines or urgent requests, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
